Organisation Background
Community Health Organisation for Intervention, Care and Empowerment (C.H.O.I.C.E.) was established in 2002, as a non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting disease prevention.
Our Mission
Committed to promoting the message of "promoting health and preventing disease." By establishing community networks in different vulnerable communities, increasing disease prevention knowledge, and enhancing community resilience to control the spread of communicable diseases and HIV/AIDS in Hong Kong. Actively implementing and participating in preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of high-risk behaviours or mitigate the adverse effects of such behaviours.
Our Belief
"C.H.O.I.C.E." firmly believes that at any stage of life, there are choices to be made, and life can be changed. Hence, the organization is named "C.H.O.I.C.E." in English and "再思" in Chinese.
Our Ambition
Committed to promoting community care, spreading health information throughout the community, and fostering a positive attitude towards life. Encouraging service users to demonstrate a spirit of self-help and mutual assistance, building a caring and inclusive society through community participation and volunteer work.

Donation
Please donate to support helping more young people build positive lives and stay away from deviant behaviours. Your generous donation will directly support our efforts to promote educational seminars, workshops, and follow-up counselling services.
Monthly donations provide stable and reliable income, allowing C.H.O.I.C.E. to plan long-term services and projects. Monthly donations help reduce administrative costs, enabling us to make the most of every cent to help those in need.
Donations of HK$100 or more will receive a tax-deductible receipt. C.H.O.I.C.E. will use your personal information to issue donation receipts, communications, and fundraising for the organisation.
All information is kept strictly confidential. If you prefer not to receive communications from us, please let us know.

1. Direct Pay-in / Transfer

2. Cheque
Cheque - Payable to “Community Health Organisation for Intervention, Care and Empowerment Limited” or “C.H.O.I.C.E. Limited”, and send with the Donation Form to our centre.
3. In person
Please bring the donation and visit our centre in person.
